Whatcha’ Reading – November 2022
I’ve been reading A LOT over the past month. It might be the extra time I’m not spending gardening or my never-ending insatiable desire to consume stories, but I’ve gone back to reading library books. Of course, like Stephen King, I’m a HUGE Lisa Gardner fan. I’ve read everything she’s written now, having caught up to her this month, and her thrillers never disappoint.
I read two of a trilogy by Karen Rose. It’s a great story, but the books are very long because the characters can’t get a hang-nail without her writing about it. Sometimes I keep reading books like this to know “how not to write a book.”
I read one book that I didn’t finish. I seldom do that, but I couldn’t get past my inner editor on the book: Saving Grace by Debbie Babitt. I’m sorry if you’re a fan; I couldn’t get past the lack of an actual story.
What have you been reading?

J.D Robb Desperation in death. Love the In death series
I totally agree, Louise. Doesn’t everyone love Nora Roberts?
